What is "correct temperature measurement"?

In order to measure the correct temperature, it is necessary to "calibrate as necessary and ensure traceability" as stipulated by the JIS.In addition, "even if a thermometer with guaranteed traceability is used, errors may occur depending on the measurement conditions," so there are cases where a simple calibration is performed and the measurement is not recognized as correct even if traceability is ensured.

To perform calibration

To perform calibration yourself, you will need to prepare the object to be calibrated (the sensor that needs to be calibrated), a standard thermometer, and the environment in which the calibration will be performed (such as a furnace).
