High emissivity planar blackbody furnace IR-R41

Achieves emissivity of 0.995 or more, almost the same as blackbody

The blackbody furnace for low temperature calibration emissivity is difficult to approach 1, but achieves 0.995.
This minimizes the effect of external radiation and provides a more accurate temperature indication.
