Sheathed and solid-pack temperature sensors, when combined with a Zener barrier or insulation barrier, have passed the intrinsically safe explosion proof equipment inspection by the Technology Association of Industrial Safety (a type inspection agency designate the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare).

■ Zener Barrier
· DIN rail mounting and intrinsic safety ground (earthing) are possible at the same time.
- Three-terminal connection is possible, and one barrier can be used with one sensor.

■ insulation Barrier
No installation work required. Excellent noise immunity due to no installation.
Compatible with 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire resistance thermometer (switchable).
