The CHINO Group has established the "CHINO Group Human Rights Policy" regarding its approach and responsibilities regarding respect for human rights, clearly stating that it will work to respect human rights in order to realize a society in which the dignity of all people is protected.

CHINO GROUP HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

In all of our group's business activities, we will respect the human rights and diversity of all people and eliminate any discrimination or behavior that violates the dignity of individuals.

  1. We will not discriminate on the basis of nationality, race, ethnicity, creed, religion, sex, age, place of origin, physical characteristics, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc., or engage in any conduct that violates the dignity of any individual.
  2. We will eliminate all forms of harassment, whether mental or physical.
  3. We do not tolerate child labor, forced labor, or any form of modern slavery, including human trafficking.
  4. We will create a safe and healthy working environment for employees in all workplaces.
  5. We respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we conduct business.
  6. We respect the privacy, individuality, and diversity of each employee and strive to achieve a good work-life balance.
