Surface Temperature Measurement

The key to measuring surface temperature is that the temperature of the sensor and the object must match.
It is necessary to use insulation to prevent heat from entering from the outside and heat from escaping to the outside.
In addition, there are dedicated thermocouples such as C060 (sheet couple), C400-01 (magnetic sensor), and C015 (thermometer dedicated to rotation rolls).
resistance include the R060 series and R400 (magnetic sensor).

Sheet Couple (C060) Magnet sensor (C400-01) rotation roll dedicated thermometer (C015)
Sheet type thermocouple.
The temperature is measured by directly attaching or pressing it onto the surface of the object to be measured.
Thermocouple with magnet.
The thermocouple mounting part is magnetic, making it easy to measure refrigerators, motors, etc.
Non-contact thermocouple for measuring surface temperature
The difference between true temperature and that of the proximity gas is corrected for use.
Magnet sensor (R400) Surface temperature measurement sensor (R060)
Magnet-equipped resistance thermometer
The thermocouple mounting part is magnetic, making it easy to measure refrigerators, motors, etc.
resistance thermometer for measuring surface temperature
Minimize thermal disturbance to the object being measured.
