Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I want to bend a sheath-type sensor. To what extent can I bend it?
When bending a sheath type, the bending radius must be at least three times the sheath outer diameter if the sheath outer diameter is φ3.2 or less, and at least twice the sheath outer diameter if the sheath outer diameter is φ4.8 or more.
The sheath resistance contains a resistance element at the tip. Do not bend the 100 mm portion from the tip. Bending the 100 mm portion may cause disconnection or short circuit.
Do not straighten a bent section or bend the same section repeatedly.
This can cause disconnection or the sheath to crack, resulting in poor insulation.
