Unable to display image.
The possibilities are as follows:
1. The "display" button in application software is set to "display."
Click the "display" button in application software and set it to "Stop."


2. The IP address of the computer and the IP address of the sensor may be the same.
Please check the IP addresses of your computer and the sensor.
3. The connected computer or sensor may have been changed.
initialization the sensor and power cycle the computer, then configure the LAN settings.
*Sensor initialization: Turn on the power while pressing reset switch,
Press and hold for one second until the operation display light flash purple, then turn the power back on.



4. The sensor may not have been powered on again after configuring the sensor LAN.
If the operation display light on the sensor body is flash purple, turn the power off and on again.
