Status display EV4 is lights and a heat sink overheating warning error 3 (Err3) has occurred.
The heat sink temperature is abnormally high. When an alarm occurs, operation will stop. Once the temperature has gone down, restart the power to resume operation.
Check rotation of the cooling fan, and if it is not rotation or the airflow is low, replace it.
Check the temperature of the thyristor installation location, and if it does not meet the operating temperature range, take measures to cool it using a panel cooler, etc.
