I would like to take measurements once an hour, but I want to set the measurement times to be exact, like 10:00 or 11:00. Is this possible?

If you set the recording time to one hour, it will specifications start recording at a convenient time such as 10:00 or 11:00.
On the other hand, you can't record at an odd time.
