I want to change the recording interval before recording starts, but I'm not sure how to do it.

The recording interval can only be changed after recording operation.
After operation recording, please make the settings before recording actually starts.
Press the SELECT key to call up the screen with "INI" display in the screen information. Use the up and down keys to change the recording interval to arbitrary, and then press the ENTRY key.
