The measured value is display as OL and measurement is not possible.

Are you measuring a temperature range above the measurement range (-40 to 260°C)? Stop measuring immediately and leave it until the temperature becomes safe.
Or the sensor may be disconnection or partially disconnection. In this case, repair is required. Please contact the store where you purchased the product.
