ヒートシンク温度が異常に上昇しています。警報発生時には運転を停止しますので、温度が下がれば電源再投入で復帰します
冷却ファンの回転を確認し、回転していない場合や風量が低下している場合は交換してください
サイリスタの設置場所の温度を確認し、使用温度範囲を満足しない場合、盤クーラ等による冷却手段を講じてください
