Product Warranty Policy

Our products may be subject to change without notice due to performance improvements, design changes, etc., so please check with our sales office or agent before purchasing.
The general warranty period and scope of our products are as follows:

Warranty period

The warranty period for delivered products is normally one year after delivery, but may be different for some products.
However, this does not apply to sensors, consumables, etc. (Please note that use in environments other than working conditions specified by our company may not be covered.)

Warranty Coverage

We are committed to ensuring quality, but if malfunction occurs due to manufacturing reasons on our part during the above warranty period, we will repair the product free of charge for one year after purchase by returning it to us.
The warranty mentioned here refers to the warranty for the delivered product alone.
This does not imply a guarantee against direct or indirect damages arising from malfunction of the delivered product, so please read the safety precautions carefully and take appropriate protective measures in advance.

Constraints

When using our products in equipment where serious losses are expected due to malfunction of the delivered products, be sure to install safety devices to avoid losses and to design the final product to be fail-safe and fool-proof. Our products are designed as general-purpose products for general industrial use. They are not intended for use in applications involving human life or property, such as nuclear or radiation-related equipment, medical equipment, aerospace equipment, or railroad or marine transport aircraft. If our products are used in equipment that requires high quality and safety related to human life and property, we ask that you ensure safety by designing and installing protective and safety circuits at your own responsibility.

Disclaimer

The following items will be excluded from the scope of this warranty.

1. malfunction and damage caused by improper use, turning on a power source other than designate, etc.
2. malfunction or damage caused by repairs or modifications made by anyone other than our service department, agent or distributor
3. malfunction and damage caused by moving after delivery or dropping during transportation
4. malfunction or damage caused by disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, and salt damage
5. malfunction caused by the use of consumables other than ours
6. Any other malfunction not attributable to our manufacturing reasons
