The entire process of kamaboko production - material processing in refrigerated warehouses, heating and cooling in boiling tanks, and forming on the production line - is centrally monitored by the MD8000 series wireless watcher, and if there is an abnormality in temperature, an alarm is sounded by the signal tower.
The collected temperature data for one day is converted and saved as a CSV file and managed centrally by the quality control department.
Decisive factor for hiring
Since the repeater can also be used as a transmitter, centralized monitoring can be carried out at a reasonable cost.
