The temperature of the clinker burned in the rotary kiln is measured by radiation thermometer, but there was a problem of low measurement accuracy due to the influence of dust particles from the clinker. Therefore, by combining a dedicated radiation thermometer (IR-CZQX01) with improved directivity and a computation algorithm (IR-VXCX43) using the dust cancellation method (DC method), it is now possible to measure the clinker temperature with high accuracy even in a high dust environment.
By using this system to control the clinker burning temperature to an appropriate level, it is possible to reduce excessive consumption of thermal energy.
The IR-CZ series is a stationary radiation thermometer with an integrated digital temperature display and external measurement value output on the main unit.
