Insulated Thermocouple

This sensor is a thermocouple whose wire is covered with a coating of vinyl or glass wool, and is used as is without being placed in a protective tube.
In laboratories and research laboratories, protective tubes and terminal boxes may not be necessary, and this sensor is used because there is a risk of insulation or short circuits if only bare wires are used.
In addition, in the case of fluororesin coating, the tip can be molded upon designate.

General purpose insulated thermocouples

Polyester, heat-resistant enamel
Polyester: Narrow spaces, spaces where mechanical strength is not required
Heat-resistant enamel: Same as above, heat-resistant
vinyl
High resistance to acids, alkalis, water, and organic chemicals (excluding benzene, acetone, cyclohexane, etc.)
Glass wool
Excellent heat resistance and non-flammability
Fluorine resin
Excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, and weather resistance

High temperature insulated thermocouple

Silica glass coating, ceramic coating
When heat resistance, fire resistance, and durability at high temperatures are required

Fluororesin molded thermocouple

Fluororesin Mold
Waterproof, chemical resistant, insulation
