The IRE series is a low-temperature scanning radiation thermometer can measure temperature patterns in one axis direction while scanning the measurement position high-speed using a rotation six-sided mirror. The temperature pattern signal is processed by the display processing unit, and outputs such as the temperature of the designate point in the scanning direction and the peak temperature can be obtained.
We have an extensive track record in measuring temperature distribution across the width of steel plates on steel production lines and in plate glass manufacturing.
A uniaxial scanning radiation thermometer measures the temperature distribution of moving objects such as steel plates in the steelmaking process. With a measurement range of 50℃ to 1200℃, it can be used to monitor coke ignition and control the quality of steel plates.
