IR-E Low Temperature Scanning radiation thermometer (Japan Only)

The IRE series is a low-temperature scanning radiation thermometer can measure temperature patterns in one axis direction while scanning the measurement position high-speed using a rotation six-sided mirror. The temperature pattern signal is processed by the display processing unit, and outputs such as the temperature of the designate point in the scanning direction and the peak temperature can be obtained.

We have an extensive track record in measuring temperature distribution across the width of steel plates on steel production lines and in plate glass manufacturing.

Mirror-type low-temperature scanning radiation thermometer

A uniaxial scanning radiation thermometer measures the temperature distribution of moving objects such as steel plates in the steelmaking process. With a measurement range of 50℃ to 1200℃, it can be used to monitor coke ignition and control the quality of steel plates.

Capable of measuring a wide range of temperatures from 50 to 2000°C.
By using detecting element depending on the measurement temperature range, it is possible to measure temperatures from low to high temperatures, and it is possible to measure temperatures in all processes, from plastic films to heat-sensing rolled steel plate temperatures.

The optical scanning method incorporates unique technologies such as a rotation 6-sided mirror system, rotation control, and a unique synchronous pulse system, allowing for stable wide-angle operation and high temperature pattern resolution.
All kinds of signal processing possible
By adding signal processors, signal processing such as edge sampling, zone peaking, and arbitrary location sampling can be added and combined as arbitrary to meet any demand.
High-precision measurements are possible by selecting the wavelength that best suits your purpose.
High-precision measurements can be made by using the spectral absorption wavelengths when measuring the temperature of films, glass, etc., but the pyroscanner allows you to freely select wavelengths by combining detecting element and filter, enabling high-precision measurements.
Designed for On-Line On-Site Shape
PYRO SCANNER is designed with a wide range of applications in mind and is available in a wide variety of accessories. By using a protective case that allows water cooling for locations with high ambient temperatures or strong heat radiation, or sight path for locations with high smoke, dust, etc., air purge hood can withstand working conditions harsh jobsites and maintain stable performance over the long term.
