ForgaN is a high performance, compact instrumentation controller with function block construction that achieves "high-speed," "simultaneous," "multi points," and "complex" operations, improving the quality of users' manufacturing lines.

Comprehensive management of the entire production line

  • Our original FB (function block) combination provides a high level of integration between feedback control and sequence control.
  • In addition to conventional PID control, control is improved with a function block equipped with overshoot/ disturbance suppression functions.
  • In addition to measurement and control, we can also handle predictive maintenance of equipment through data analyzing.


Realization of computation functions by constructing function blocks

The FB (Function Block), a major features of ForgaN, is a basic function element for measurement control. The block has "input parameter" and "output parameter", and control (computation) that combines multiple functions is modularized.

Explanation of the computation function for function block construction

ForgaN provides basic functions for such measurement control, and will realize the measurement control functions that users desire.

ForgaN provides approximately 280 types of function blocks, as shown in the table below, and can solve users' problems and requests through soft connections.
