The high temperature hygrometer HN-Z series uses a zirconia limiting current humidity sensor development in-house, and is capable of in-line measurement of water vapor pressure in high temperature environments above 100°C, up to a maximum of 250°C. By simultaneously measuring oxygen concentration, the effects of changes in oxygen concentration can be corrected even in environments where oxygen concentration changes due to combustion, etc., allowing for more accurate water vapor pressure measurement.
