Explosion explosion proof resistance thermometer RU, NRD (Japan Standards)

Flameproof explosion proof resistance thermometer RU and NRD are temperature sensors used in locations where there is a risk of ignition and explosion due to the presence of flammable gas or vapor of flammable liquid.The structure consists of a explosion proof terminal box that can withstand an internal pressure of 1MPa gauge pressure, terminal board made of diaryl phthalate resin with good insulation, a protective tube, mounting bracket, wires or elements, and an insulation tube.Depending on the type of mounting bracket, there are straight, flange, and nipple types.

Can be used in dangerous environments such as with flammable gases and flammable liquids

The sensor can be used in hazardous locations with explosion and ignition ratings of d2G4.
All threaded parts of the lid and body of the terminal box that can be opened from the outside, threaded parts of the protection tube and terminal box body, and threaded parts for attaching metal conduit pipes are based on factory electrical equipment explosion proof pointer (gas, steam explosion proof).
terminal board is made of diaryl phthalate resin for insulation, with the minimum creepage distance between terminal and between terminal box and terminal being 8 mm, and the minimum insulation clearance being 8 mm.
The boundary between terminal box and protective tube is a pressure-resistant stud-type pull-in method for the standard type, and a pressure-resistant resin-fixed pull-in method for the sheath type.
