Easy sighting the object to be measured, high image quality of 1.2 million pixel without whiteout. radiation thermometer with digital video scope is released.
CHINO Corporation (Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mikio Toyoda; TSE Prime: 6850) will release option with a digital video scope for the IR-CZ series of radiation thermometer on Friday, September 27, 2024.
radiation thermometer use a direct view finder or laser projection to visually sighting (position) the object to be measured, but by using video scope, the aim can be confirmed on the monitor image, making sighting easier. However, with analog video scope, there was a problem with "whiteout (caused by the effect of moving objects around 1500°C or the object)" which could impede the image.
The newly released digital video scope has improved this problem, allowing clear visualization of temperatures up to ultra-high temperature (2000°C). Furthermore, the image quality has been improved to 1.2 million pixel, making it extremely easy to view.
