We have released a new thermal imaging camera that can be installed inside a high-temperature thermostatic chamber and measures temperature distribution in real time.
CHINO Corporation (headquarters: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toyoda Mikio), a company specializing in measurement, control, monitoring and systems, will release the heat-resistant thermal image measurement "CPA-L25HT" on Monday, January 16th.
In the automotive industry, demand for in-vehicle electronic components is increasing due to electrification, safety measures, and autonomous driving assistance. The in-vehicle electronic component standard AEC
* requires high reliability of electronic components, and manufacturers of automotive parts and semiconductor parts in particular evaluate products in high-temperature environments. Each company is increasing the number of thermostatic chamber facilities for evaluation testing and is exploring temperature measurement, monitoring (visualization), and assurance according to AEC standard tests and individual user requirements.
Therefore, CHINO development thermal image measurement can be installed inside a thermostatic chamber, making it possible to measure temperature distribution during bias testing in a high-temperature environment, detect instantaneous heat generation areas, and record images.
The heat-resistant thermal image measurement "CPA-L25HT" measures the temperature distribution and temperature changes in real time using thermographic images by placing a thermal imaging camera inside a thermostatic chamber in a high-temperature environment (maximum 150°C). It is expected to make heat generation problems visible as soon as possible and to speed up evaluation testing by continuously acquiring thermal imaging data. In addition, the heat-resistant thermal image measurement "CPA-L25HT" has a compact design and can be easily installed inside a thermostatic chamber.
*AEC (Automotive Electronics Council): Global reliability standard for automotive electronic components established by the Automotive Electronics Council.
