Information Disclosure Standards

In accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information" section of the Securities Listing Regulations stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Timely Disclosure Rules"), we will promptly disclose information based on transparency, fairness, and continuity. In addition, even if information does not fall under the laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will proactively and fairly disclose to the extent possible any information that we consider to be important or useful to shareholders and investors.

Method of Disclosure

In accordance with the rules, disclosure of information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules will be made through the Timely Disclosure Information Transmission System (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and the disclosed information will be promptly posted on our website. Information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules, etc., but is considered to have an impact on investment decisions, will be widely disclosed by posting it on our website, etc., in keeping with the purpose of timely disclosure.

Disclosure of information to third parties and performance forecasts by third parties

We will disclose information in accordance with the fair disclosure rules based on the amendments to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of 2017. Furthermore, we will not endorse any comments, evaluations, or performance forecasts made by third parties regarding our company.

Disclosed information other than past or present facts is a future outlook, which is based on information currently available to the company and judgments based on certain assumptions that are deemed reasonable. Quiet Period

In order to prevent the leaking of financial information and ensure fairness, the Company has set a quiet period from the day after the end of the fiscal year until the day of the announcement of the financial results. During this period, we will refrain from answering questions about the financial results or commenting on related information. However, if it becomes clear that there will be a significant change in the performance forecast during this period, we will disclose the information as appropriate in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.
