Life Sciences Medical and pharmaceutical temperature control systems

Temperature control systems for medical and pharmaceutical use

This system uses the wireless watcher MD8000 to collect, store, and monitor temperatures and other data from pharmaceutical and medical refrigerators and storage units. Up to 6 receivers can be connected, allowing up to 360 transmitters to be connected, making it suitable for small to medium-sized distributed systems.
  • The transmitter can collect up to 16,000 pieces of data. The collected data is periodically saved to a computer, and the wireless watcher's dedicated application software allows data management such as graph display, CSV file output, and back up.
  • When an alarm occurs, the receiver outputs an alarm signal and sends a contact signal to the alarm device.
  • By connecting to a network, remote monitoring and e-mail notification are possible. E-mail notification can be sent directly from the receiver to the transmitter that is being managed.
  • By adding the CISAS/V4 package software to your computer, you can have a centralized monitoring system. By adding the CISAS/ER electronic record package, you can data management by viewing data and automatically generating daily and monthly reports.
  • application software with security functions compatible with Part 11 is also available, and can be applied to Part 11 and ER/ES pointer.
  • We also document and perform validation of computerized systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
