Pharmaceutical distribution warehouse temperature/humidity monitoring system
In addition to large-scale room temperature warehouses and room temperature warehouses, pharmaceutical distribution warehouses are used to store pharmaceuticals in refrigerated warehouses, refrigerated freezer warehouses, and hazardous goods warehouses, and the importance of monitoring and recording the temperature is increasing. This system is an example of a system with wired and wireless sensors that monitor the room temperature storage by wireless communication of the MD8000 wireless watcher, and the monitoring of the cold storage and hazardous goods warehouse by wired communication of the graphic recorder KR, and centrally manage them with
CISAS/V4. The MD8000 series wireless watcher is used for room temperature monitoring, but a
system with the graphic recorder KR and
hybrid recorder AH4000 is also used.

- It is possible to configuration a system that combines wireless and wired sensors. (In the case of wireless sensors, the data update cycle and alarm monitoring cycle will be longer, so they should be applied to measurement and monitoring targets where longer cycles are acceptable.)
- It is also possible to import and monitor abnormal monitoring signals for humidity and air conditioning equipment.
- By making the Wireless Watcher MD8000 compatible with application with security features, equipping the Graphic recorder KR with a measurement data protection function, and adding the electronic record management package CISAS/ER, temperature record data management can be made compliant with Part 11 and ER/ES pointer.
- We also document and perform validation of computerized systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
