Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I am setting up real temperature compensation, but the program does not proceed to the next step even though the measured value has already reached the set temperature.
There are two common causes:
-real temperature compensation is a function that advances to the next step when the PV falls within a certain degree Celsius above and below the SV at the end of step. If the setting for this degree Celsius above and below the SV is too narrow, such as 0.1°C, the PV may not fall within that temperature range and may skip over it, which may result in the condition for advancing to the next step not being met.
In this case, widen the temperature range of real temperature compensation to the optimum value.
・ real temperature compensation judges whether the PV is within the real temperature compensation setting when the set time has elapsed (at the end of step), but if the PV has passed that temperature before that time, it will not proceed to the next step. If the PV does not track well with the SV, we recommend auto tuning, etc. Also, please review the program and settings as necessary.
