I started auto tuning (AT), but step never progress and never finish.
The possibilities are as follows:
- The object being control is not turned on or in a state where it can actually be used.
AT involves moving control object and observing the object's characteristic, so it must be performed while the object is actually in motion.
Also, because control is not good during AT, if you use actual products, it may affect the products. If necessary, please use methods such as replacing with dummy products.
・AT repeats raising and lowering the set temperature twice, but if the furnace has high heat retention, the temperature may not drop easily and it may take longer than expected. If AT takes more than 6 hours, PID cannot be obtained for AT. |
