I am using a B thermocouple, but the indication error is quite large around room temperature. Why is that?
Thermocouple B has a relatively small thermoelectromotive force, and is outside the JIS standard for temperatures below 600°C. Due to characteristic of the electromotive force, the error becomes large in the low temperature range near room temperature.
