When charging the CPA-Ex, is it okay if the blue lights flash charging and turns solid blue when charging is complete? How long does it take to fully charge? Does it turn lights blue when it's 100% charged, not 90%?

Yes. It takes about 2 hours to charge to 90%. lights will turn blue when it reaches 100%.
