Is there a function to erase all data at once?

You can delete them from the menu. This varies depending on the series, so please refer to the following.

C3-x/C5 Series	Settings → option → device Settings → reset option
CPA-E54/CPA-E76X/CPA-E86X/CPA-E96X Series	Settings → Save option and storage
CPA-E5XT/CPA-E6XT/CPA-E8XT Series	Settings → device Settings → reset option
CPA-T500/CPA-T800/CPA-T1000 series	Settings → option → reset option
