When measuring temperatures between 350 and 540°C with a K thermocouple, the measured value is several degrees higher than the actual temperature, but when the temperature reaches 600°C or higher, the correct temperature is display within a few seconds. Is there any reason for this?
K熱電対が350~540℃前後でふらつく原因として ショートレンジオーダリングの可能性があります。K熱電対は250℃~550℃の間で状態が変化し起電力が不安定になることが知られています。600℃以上では解消されます。この温度付近を測定する場合はTもしくはJ熱電対をお勧めいたします。
