Immediately after operation, status display EV3 flash and a thyristor element abnormality error 6 (Err6) occurred.

This is caused by no-load operation or a malfunction thyristor module (often no-load operation).
Please check that load is connected. If there is no problem with load, the element is malfunction and the unit will be sent to be repaired.
