Immediately after operation, the EV3 status display started flash and a thyristor element abnormality alarm occurred.

This is caused by no-load operation or a malfunction thyristor module (often no-load operation).
Please check that load is connected. If there is no problem with load, the element is malfunction and the unit will be sent to be repaired.
