The electromotive force table itself lists temperatures up to -270°C, but the JIS guarantees accuracy up to -40°C for K thermocouples of classes 1 and 2. For class 3, it is up to -200°C.

However, in the case of Class 3, the available sensors are limited, so it is also possible to use a Class 2 sensor calibrated at -200°C. Please contact your nearest sales office for details.
