Prohibited acts

You may not sublicense, transfer, distribute, lend, or otherwise allow a third party to use or utilize this Software. You may not modify or alter this Software or any of its accessories, in whole or in part. You may not allow a third party to do so.

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect loss or damages that arise from or in connection with the use of this software, nor shall we be liable for any disputes that arise between you and a third party due to or in connection with the use of this software.
