Film thickness measurement device
Overview
Infrared thickness gauges can measure the thickness of various films.
T-die extrusion is one of the most common film production methods.
Resin pellets are heated and melted, and then slit (gap) in the width direction of the T-die.
The film is extruded from the mold and then cooled to form a film.
The width profile is measured using an infrared thickness gauge.
By adjusting the tightening of the bolts arranged on the T-die,
The thickness can be control.
